The train which is moving along the direction of rotation of earth that is west to east, will require less centripetal force compared to train moving in opposite direction.
Since the centripetal force is more on the train which move along the direction of rotation of earth therefore the normal reaction acting on the train will be more.
The centripetal force is the function of relative angular velocity of earth and train, therefore the train will have different acceleration because of relative angular velocity between train and earth not due to different speed.
