Resorcinol is more acidic than hydroquinone. Both $-\mathrm{OH}$ groups are at $m$-position in resorcinol, thus, $-\mathrm{OH}$ group shows $-I$-effect on the other $-\mathrm{OH}$ group which makes resorcinol more acidic than hydroquinone.
