$\mathrm{Sb}$ (III) is a basic radical of IIB group for which group reagent is $\mathrm{H}_2 \mathrm{~S}$ in presence of dilute $\mathrm{HCl}$. It is necessary to maintain the proper hydrogen ion concentration for the precipitation of IInd group cations and to check the precipitation of IV group cations.
