de Broglie wavelong of a particle is given by
$\lambda=\frac{h}{p}=\frac{h}{m v}$
For a gas molecule, $v \propto \sqrt{T}$ Hence, $\lambda \propto \frac{1}{\sqrt{T}}$.
$\lambda=\frac{h}{p}=\frac{h}{m v}$
