The correct answer is: Zygote into the Fallopian tube
ZYGOTE INTRA-FALLOPIAN TRANSFER (ZIFT): It is also one of the assisted methods of conception. The procedure for ZIFT is similar to IVF-ET. In this method, after In-vitro fertilization the zygote is transferred into the fallopian tube. After the transfer of zygote early stages of development, implantation and maintenance of pregnancy takes place in the normal method. The ZIFT is advantageous over GIFT, because in ZIFT fertilization is confirmed, whereas in GIFT we cannot know whether fertilization has taken place or not unless the woman becomes pregnant.
