The circuit is
As the lower diode attached to $100 \Omega$ resistance is in reversed biased so, $1 t$ is non-conducting
Now, the circuit can be redrawn as,
$\therefore$ Current through the circuit, $I=\frac{V}{R}$
$$
=\frac{10}{250}=0.04 \mathrm{A}
$$
