The correct answer is: ln24

Given,
Half life of A=ln2
Initial number of nucleus is, R0A=R0B=R0

Half life is related with decay constant as, t1/2A=ln2λ
λA=1

At t=0 RA=RB
From activity relation, we have, 
R0e-λAT=R0E-λBT

at T=t, RBRA=R0e-λBtR0e-λAt

As per given question, RBRA=e-3t, On comparing with above relation, we have
e-λB-λAt=e-t
λB-λA=3
λB=3+1=4
t1/2B=λn2λB=λn24
