The correct answer is:
$\Delta C_{p}=0$
Key Point According to Kirchhoff sequation
$$
\Delta H_{(f)}=\Delta H_{(i)}+C_{P}(\Delta T)
$$
At constant pressure
$$
\Delta C_{p}=O
$$
Therefore, heat of formation $\left(\Delta H_{f}\right)$ does not depend on temperature and value of $\Delta C_{p}$ i.e. when $\Delta C_{p}=0$
Hence, option (a) is the correct answer.
$$
