$\begin{aligned} & \text { } E_{\text {cell }}=E_{\text {cell }}^{\circ}-\frac{R T}{2 F} \ln \frac{0.01}{0.0001} \\ & =4-\frac{R T}{2 F} \ln \frac{10^{-2}}{10^{-4}}=4-\frac{R T}{2 F} \ln 10^2 \\ & =4-\frac{R T}{F} \ln 10=4-0.06=3.94 \mathrm{~V}\end{aligned}$
