The correct answer is: 1.23 g/cc

Given, a  2r =53 pm

The spheres at the corners are not touching
each other. For bcc structure,

4r=3a

2r=32a

a-32a=53

  a=395.6 pm

395.6×10-12 m

=395.6× 10 10  cm

=3.956× 10 8  cm

Densityd=z MNA a3

d= 2×23 6.023× 10 23 × (3.956) 3 × 10 24 =1.23g/cc
