The correct answer is: + 0.772V
ΔGo=-nEoF

Fe2++2e-Fe .....(i)

ΔGo=-2×F×(-0.440V)=0.880F

Fe3++3e-Fe .....(ii)

ΔG o =3×F× 0.036 =0.108F

On subtracting equation (i) from (ii)

Fe3++e-Fe2+

ΔG o =0.108F0.880F=0.772F

Eo for the reaction =-ΔGonF=-(-0.772F)1×F=+0.772V
