During ecological or biotic succession climax community is stable, self perpetuating. It is the final biotic community and is developed at the end of succession. It is present in state of perfect hormony and equlibrium with physical environment. Climax community has maximum diversity and niche specialisation, thus all the other option are not related to climax community and are wrong.
