Decreases
$\mathrm{CO}_{2}+\mathrm{H}_{2} \mathrm{O} \rightleftharpoons \mathrm{H}_{2} \mathrm{CO}_{3} \rightarrow \mathrm{H}^{+}+\mathrm{HCO}_{3}^{-}$
Here $\left[\mathrm{H}^{+}\right]$ increases hence, $\mathrm{pH}$ decreases due to which soil fertility will also decreases.
