The correct answer is: They all have the same osmotic pressure.
Osmotic pressure  π=iCRT(i is  Van't  Hoff factor, C is concentration)

π=iC at same temperature.

C2H5OH=1x0.5=0.5Mg3(PO4)2=5x0.1=0.5KBr=2x0.25=0.5Na3PO4=4x0.125=0.5

The solutions are isotonic as they have the same osmotic pressure.
