It is a hydrolysis reaction. In this reaction first cyclo hexane cyanide forms cyclohexyl methanamide which on further hydrolysis forms cyclohexyl methanoic acid. In this reaction water behaves as nucleophile and attacks on electrophilic site of carbonyl group.
