$70 \mathrm{~cm}$
Net force acting on the rod, $\mathrm{F}_{\text {rel }}=10 \mathrm{~N}$
Net torque acting on the rod about point $\mathrm{C}$ is
$\tau_c=(20 \times 0)+(30 \times 20)=600 \text { clockwise }$
Let the point of application be at a distance $x$ from point $C$
$600=10 \mathrm{x} \Rightarrow \mathrm{x}=60 C M$
Therefore, $70 \mathrm{CM}$ from $\mathrm{A}$ is the point of application of force.
