$\%$ of $\mathrm{C}=\frac{12}{44} \times \frac{0.147}{0.2} \times 100=20.045 \%$
$\%$ of $\mathrm{H}=\frac{2}{18} \times \frac{0.12}{0.2} \times 100=6.666 \%$
$\%$ of $\mathrm{O}=100-(20.045+6.666)=73.29 \%$
