$|\overrightarrow{\mathrm{a}}-\overrightarrow{\mathrm{b}}|=\sqrt{|\overrightarrow{\mathrm{a}}|^2+|\overrightarrow{\mathrm{b}}|^2-2 \overrightarrow{\mathrm{a}} \cdot \overrightarrow{\mathrm{b}}}=\sqrt{3^2+2^2-2 \times 5}=\sqrt{3}$
