The correct answer is:
$\frac{4}{13}$
There are total 52 cards
Hence number of sample space $=52$
We know that, total cards of spade $=13$ and total aces $=4$
and number of aces of spade $=1$
Therefore, the probability of the card drawn is a card of spade or an ace
$$
=\frac{13}{52}+\frac{4}{52}-\frac{1}{52}=\frac{16}{52}=\frac{4}{13}
$$
