The correct answer is: $9 x+7 y+4=0$
According to question,
$x_1=\frac{2+4+x}{3} \Rightarrow x=3 x_1-6$
$\begin{aligned}
& y_1=\frac{5-11+y}{3} \Rightarrow y=3 y_1+6 \\
& \therefore 9\left(3 x_1-6\right)+7\left(3 y_1+6\right)+4=0
\end{aligned}$
Hence locus is $27 x+21 y-8=0$, which is parallel to $9 x+7 y+4=0$.
