Given plane meets the co-ordinate axes at Aa,0,0, B0,b,0 C0,0,c

 G =Centroid a3,b3,c3=1, 2, 4

 a=3,b=6,c=12

Hence, equation of required plane is, x3+y6+z12=1

 4x+2y+z=12 .
