$17 / 30$
Total cards $=30$
Green cards $=30-17=13$
Important cards $=4+5=9$
5 cards are green as well as IMPORTANT
$\therefore$ Required probability $=\frac{13}{30}+\frac{9}{30}-\frac{5}{30}=\frac{17}{30}$
