Let r be the radius of the circular loop.

  A=πr2

r=Aπ

Magnetic field at the centre of the loop is

B=μ0I2r

=μ0I2AπI=2Bμ0Aπ

Now, magnetic moment of the loop is

M=IA

=2Bμ0Aπ·A

=2Bμ0A32π

n=2 and m=1.5

 n+m=3.5
