The correct answer is: h12 C12 G-12
Let, M=CahbGc

ML0T0=LT-1a  ML2T-1b  M-1L3T-2c ......(i)

Where, h=EnergyFreqyency

=ML2 T-2T-1=ML2T-1

C=MetreSecond=LT-1

G=Force×distance2mass2

=MLT-2 L2M2=M-1L3T-2

Comparing the coefficients M, L, T, of both sides we get

b-c=1 ......(ii)

a+2b+3c=0 ......(iii)

-a+b+2c=0 .....(iv)

Solve the equations (ii), (iii) and (iv), we get

a=12, b=12, c= -12

So, M=h12 C12 G-12
