Given , fx=3x+3-x2

fx+y=3x+y+3-(x+y)2 and fx-y=3x-y+3-(x-y)2

Now equating the equations

f(x+y)+f(x-y)=af(x)f(y)

3x+y+3-(x+y)2+3x-y+3-(x-y)2=a3x+3-x2×3y+3-y2

3x+y+3-(x+y)+3x-y+3-(x-y)2=a3x+y+3-(x+y)+3x-y+3-(x-y)4
