So, \( \frac{f(3.8)-f(4)}{3.8-4} \)
\( =\frac{2(3.8)^{2}-2(4)^{2}}{3.8-4}=\frac{2(3.8-4)(3.8+4)}{(3.8-4)} \)
\( =2(3.8+4)=15.6 \)
