Given,

k=110kk4+k2+1=mn

12k=110k2+k+1-k2-k+1k2+k+1k2-k+1=mn

by using the formula x4+x2+1=x2+x+1x2-x+1

12k=1101k2-k+1-1k2+k+1=mn

121-13+13-17+17-.........-1111=mn

121-1111=mn

55111=mn

So, m+n=166
