The correct answer is: 408

E=x13+12x1321x>0

p= Coefficient of x-3 in E

p=Cr21x1321-r12x-13r, where Tr+1 is the corresponding term

So, 21-r3-r3=-3

21-2r=-9

r=15

So, p=C15211215

q= Coefficient of x-5 in E

q=C321x1321-r12x-13r, where Tr+1 is the corresponding terms

So, 21-r3-r3=-5

2r=36

r=18

So, q=C18211218

Now, 5p4q=C15211215C18211218=C621C3218

5p4q=21!6!15!3!18!21!8=408
