The correct answer is: 0.5

Let, Z=x+iy
Now,
Z-2Z¯-1=ZZ¯-2Z¯-Z+2
=x2+y2-3x+2+iy
argument of 1-i3+i1+3i=-π4+π6+π3=π4

Now, since both arguments are equal
x2+y2-3x+2=y (where, y>0)
x2+y2-3x-y+2=0
Hence, the centre of the circle is 32,12=a,b
1a+b=132+12=12=0.5
