$x+i y=\frac{1-i}{1-2 i}$
Given that $\bar{(x+i y)(1-2 i)}=1+i$
$\Rightarrow \quad x-i y=\frac{1+i}{1+2 i} \Rightarrow x+i y=\frac{1-i}{1-2 i}$
$\Rightarrow \quad x-i y=\frac{1+i}{1+2 i} \Rightarrow x+i y=\frac{1-i}{1-2 i}$
