$[$ Energy $\times$ Speed $]=\mathrm{ML}^2 \mathrm{~T}^{-2} \times \mathrm{LT}^{-1}$
$=\mathrm{ML}^3 \mathrm{~T}^{-3}$
So, $a=1, b=3, C=-3$
$=\mathrm{ML}^3 \mathrm{~T}^{-3}$
