The correct answer is: 4×10-2 m-1
Excess pressure inside a soap bubble of radius R is

=4TR     .....(i)

Where T is surface tension of liquid film.

Pressure due to oil column

=hρg      .....(ii)

Where h is height of column, ρ the density and g the gravity.

From Eqs. (i) and (ii), we get

4TR=hρg

  T=hρgR4

Given,   h=2 mm,   g=980 cm s-2,

ρ=0.8 gcc-1, R=1 cm

  T=0.2×0.8×9804

=2×103×0.8×103×10×1×1024 N m-1

=4×102 N m-1
