Let, circle is x2+y2+2gx+2fy+C=0

and the length of the tangent from 7,15 as l units, then
1+9+2g+6f+C=21
9+49+6g+14f+C=182
49+225+14g+30f+C=l23
Now, equation 21+3 implies
2+18+49+225+18g+42f+3C=4+l2
69+225+36g+14f+C=4+l2
69+225+318-58=4+l2 (from 2)
l2=225+69-4-120
l2=170l=170
length of the tangent from R is 170 units
