According to the buffer solution the pOH of solution is :-

pOH=pKb + logSaltbase

If the molar concentrations of base and its conjugate acid are same then Salt=Base

So, the pOH=pKb + log1=pKb+0=pKb

Hence, if the molar concentrations of base and its conjugate acid are same, then pOH of the buffer solution is same as pKb of base.
