$\pi=\mathrm{CRT} \Rightarrow \mathrm{C}=\frac{\pi}{\mathrm{RT}}=\frac{2.46}{0.082 \times(27+273)}$
$=0.1 \mathrm{~mol} \mathrm{~L}^{-1}$.
$=0.1 \mathrm{~mol} \mathrm{~L}^{-1}$.
