Mid point of PQ is k+12,72
And slope of PQ=11-k
So equation of perpendicular bisector of PQ

y-72=(k-1)x-k+12
It's y intercept =-4. So, this equation must satisfy 0,-4.

-152=-k2-12
k2=16k=±4
