Given,

The point x,y satisfies the equation x+ix-23+i-i=2y+i1-3yi-3

x+ix-23+i3-i3-i-i=2y+i1-3yi-3i+3i+3

x+ix-2103-i-i=2y+i1-3y-10i+3

x+ix-23-i-10i=-2y+i1-3yi+3

3x-ix+ix-23-i-10i=-2iy+6y+i1-3yi+3

3x-ix+i3x-ix-6+2i-10i=-2iy+6y+ii+3-3iy-9y

3x-ix+3ix+x-6i-2-10i=-2iy+6y-1+3i+3y-9iy

4x+2ix-13i+9y-3-7iy=0

4x+9y-3+i2x-13-7y=0

Now comparing real part and imagenary part we get,

4x+9y-3=0 ........1 and 2x-13-7y=0 ..........2

Now solving equation 1 & 2 we get, x=3 & y=-1

Then x+y=2
