$-\frac{1}{4}$
Correlation coefficient $=\sqrt{\frac{-1}{2} \times \frac{-1}{8}}$
$\sqrt{\frac{1}{16}}=-\frac{1}{4}$
Since, both the regression coefficients are negative, correlation coefficient is negative.
