Ratio of intensities $\frac{I_1}{I_2}=\frac{\cos \theta_1}{\cos \theta_2}=\frac{\cos 60^{\circ}}{\cos 30^{\circ}}$
$I_2=\sqrt{3} I_1$
$I_2=\sqrt{3} I_1$
