$p$ is the momentum of incident wave.
$\therefore$ Momentum of reflected wave after reflecting from perfect reflector $=-p$
$\therefore$ Change in momentum $=$ Final momentum - Initial momentum
$$
=-p-p=-2 p
$$
$\therefore$ Momentum of reflected wave after reflecting from perfect reflector $=-p$
$\therefore$ Change in momentum $=$ Final momentum - Initial momentum
