For infinitely many solutions D=D1=D2=D3=0

D=1     2      32         1         11        7     a=0

    123+716+a1+4=0

    535+5a=0

  a=8

D1=9     2       3b         1           124     7      a=0

      9     2        3b         1            124     7       8=0

     b16+21+17272163+48=0

     5b+15=0

     b=3

similarly D2=D3=0 for a=8,  b=3

    ab=83=5
