Given vector are collinear
$$

\therefore \frac{2}{4}=\frac{-q}{-5}=\frac{3}{6} \\
\therefore q=\frac{5}{2}
\end{array}
$$

\therefore \frac{2}{4}=\frac{-q}{-5}=\frac{3}{6} \\
