The correct answer is:
9 amino acid long
99 bases long mRNA chain can specify 33 amino acid, if nonsense mutation occurs and 30 position than codon becomes stop codon, as a results the new mRNA can code for a protein with only 9 amino acid as the codon becomes stop codon.
