The correct answer is: P3

x4+x3+2x22x+1x3+x2

=x+2x22x+1x3+x2

=x+Ax+Bx2+Cx+1 [let]

2x22x+1=Ax(x+1)+B(x+1)+Cx2

By comparing the coefficients of x2,x and constant terms, we get

A+C=2, A+B=-2 and B=1

A=-3,B=1 and C=5

So, A+B+C=3 and P(x)=x

So, A+B+C=P(3)
