Power of reactor, P=EΔt=Δmc2Δt(From mass-energy equivalence equation) 

Given in the problem power level =109 Watt .

mt=Pc2 =1093×1082

 mt=10-79 kg s-1 

The mass of fuel consumed per hour=10-79×1000 g3600 h-1=4×10-h-1.
