Let $a=00111=2^{2} \times 1+2^{1} \times 1+2^{0} \times 1$
$\begin{aligned} &=4+2+1=7 \\ \text { Let } b &=01110=2^{3} \times 1+2^{2} \times 1+2^{1} \times 1+2^{0} \times 0 \\ &=8+4+2=14 \end{aligned}$
$\frac{b}{a}=\frac{14}{7}=2$
$\begin{aligned} &=4+2+1=7 \\ \text { Let } b &=01110=2^{3} \times 1+2^{2} \times 1+2^{1} \times 1+2^{0} \times 0 \\ &=8+4+2=14 \end{aligned}$
