If Q is charge contained in L



length of beam of area A, then



L×A×ρ=Q



where, ρ= charge density of beam.



 


So,  ρ=QL×A=Q/tL/t×A=Iv×A

 


=500×10-63×107×1.50×10-6

 


=53×1.5×10-5=11×10-5 Cm-3
