The correct answer is:
$500 \Omega$
For series $R-L-C$ circuit, $Z=\sqrt{R^2+\left(X_L-X_C\right)^2}$
$=\sqrt{(300)^2+\left(1000 \times 0.9-\frac{10^6}{1000 \times 2}\right)^2}=500 \Omega$
$=\sqrt{(300)^2+\left(1000 \times 0.9-\frac{10^6}{1000 \times 2}\right)^2}=500 \Omega$
