Given, VR=VL=VC=10 V

This means the LCR circuit is in resonance and the reactance of inductor and capacitor is equal to the resistance of the resistor.

Vsupply=VR=10 V

After removing capacitor

Vsupply=VR2+VL2

Since, VR=VL

 10=VL2+VL2

 2VL2=100

VL=102 V
