Maximum percentage in the value of $\frac{L}{T^3}$
$\begin{aligned} & =\frac{\Delta L}{L} \times 100 \%+2 \frac{\Delta T}{T} \times 100 \% \\ & =3+2 \times 2=7 \%\end{aligned}$
$\begin{aligned} & =\frac{\Delta L}{L} \times 100 \%+2 \frac{\Delta T}{T} \times 100 \% \\ & =3+2 \times 2=7 \%\end{aligned}$
